I am often nervous about a visit to the Dentist but the moment I stepped foot in Deddington Dental, I felt relaxed. It is a very warm and welcoming place with lovely staff. Taj gave me a scale and polish and great dental hygiene advice. She carried out the scale and polish thoroughly and my teeth felt amazing afterwards. She was just fab, as was her dental nurse, Clare.read more

Dear Dr Puri, Sophia if I may. Thank you and your assistant for excellent care extracting my very damaged tooth last Tuesday. No pain, not even any discomfort throughout the procedure or at any time after. Even though it seemed to me to take a long time you very carefully and skilfully removed broken parts and then the difficult to extract roots with absolutely no damage to my gums, not even a, small scratch. Very little blood on the swab, easily discarded after 30 minutes and the no bleeding thereafter. By the time I got home it was as if I had not been to the Dentist an hour before, absolutely no I’ll effects whatsoever, just delighted to get rid of that awful tooth. This is undoubtedly the best ever tooth extraction I have had in my long life. I know you will say you are just doing your job but I want you to know that there are many out there who could not have done such an excellent job.Kindest regards, Charles Ashford.read more

Wonderfully friendly and helpful dentist surgery. Absolutely delighted with my Invisalign treatment and love the staff at Deddington Dental. The reminders before appointments were so helpful when I booked ahead a few appointments at a time and when I had a swollen jaw they were so supportive and squeezed me in that day to check everything out for me (it was nothing major in the end, but was scary at the time!).read more

Sadly I've had a lot of dental treatment over the years - as a child it was too much sugar and too little attention to hygiene. I have attended dentists in Kidlington, North Oxford, Oxford City, America, West Oxford and finally I have discovered Deddington Dental. A case of excellence in every particular...I've just had to have a root canal treatment - unfortunately I have had several such treatments before, including one in America which was exceptional, but Deddington Dental not only have a pleasant crew of people, they clearly have expertise, diligence, concern for you as a patient - I'm a light weight when it comes to pain and they have the very latest machines that go ping and beep. It didn't hurt and you just know they know exactly what they're doing - you can just tell. At last I have found the best around - thank you Deddington Dentalread more

I've been putting off going to the dentist for years because I was a little scared and I wasn't sure what to expect. However, recently I have made up my mind about finding a practice and actually booking an appointment and after some research and comparing various practices in the area, I decided to go for Deddington Dental.I have been impressed by how quickly I've been contacted by the practice and how helpful and friendly Karen was over the phone and in person. I only had to wait about a week and a bit from the point of registering until my appointment, which was fantastic. The dentist I've been assigned, Dr Viedma, is very friendly, helpful, and patient and she showed and explained really well what's wrong with my teeth and what kind of treatment I needed. At the end of my first appointment I was provided with a treatment breakdown cost and I knew roughly what to expect from my treatment plan and how much I will have to pay.If you ever have doubts or are scared about going to the dentist, Deddington Dental is the right place to go thanks to their friendly and helpful staff.read more

I have visited the practice for a number of years and always have had excellent service. I am a nervous patient due to previous bad experiences but the team are fabulous. If you have any issues/fears they are reassuring and helpful. When the dentist makes a recommendation they don't push for you to go ahead so it's never a hard sell which I feel is an admirable quality.read more

Fantastic service, I was seen by Dr. Sihra and she was excellent. I had an emergency checkup (was seen very quickly as a new patient) and then treatment for gum disease, and all the way through the dentist was very reassuring & calm and did an excellent job & gave me very helpful advice for what I can be doing better in my oral health routine. I had a serious wisdom tooth issue, had been referred for an Op and was told I was likely to wait a year in total. I'd been to three dentists in Banbury area, none could help. I called Deddington Dental and was seen the same afternoon. They moved appointments to fit me in the next day for an extraction. As a terribly nervous patient, they put me completely at rest. Wonderful staff and if you are a nervous patient the best dentists you could see. I can't thank them enough!read more

Just want to thank Deddington dental practice for helping me out with an urgent appointment for wisdom tooth infection which then needed extraction . Dr Sophia Puri , dental surgeon carried out the wisdom tooth extraction a week ago. She and the nurse with her were very professional and friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure . I'm so pleased to say I recovered well with minimal pain and swelling as expected. Thanks Dr Puri and your nurse colleague ( sorry can't remember her name) for the brilliant job and offering such great care. Having neglected my teeth for a few years I found myself needing emergency treatment over new year. I contacted Deddington Dental on new years day and after an out of hours email exchange I was seen first thing the next morning.Dr Taj put together a plan to get my mouth healthy again and having just finished treatment i can say that this is the best dentist I have ever been to.Everyone that I have interacted with over a number of appointments has been friendly and professional. Deddington Dental were able to offer me an emergency appointment the next day in an after hours email conversation. Efficient and expert treatment. Everyone is very friendly, professional and the service is great. A fantastic and efficient service from the moment I arrived for emergency treatment, during the course of my treatments, which were varied, and right up to the completion of all work that had to be undertaken. I even received telephone calls a few days after the final appointment to confirm everything was okay. The staff here are very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. I'm afraid that childhood experiences of dentistry mean that I am an extremely apprehensive patient. Nevertheless Dr Fernandes manages to calm my anxiety and gets on with his job. My only gripe is that in the relief of finishing I can't remember whether I need to brush my right or left molars more thoroughly. Not really a problem - both sides now get a more thorough "seeing to"🙂read more
