23/03/20 UPDATE – we have been issued guidance by the British Dental Association to postpone most routine dental appointments. If you have an appointment and it needs to be postponed you will be contacted shortly. We remain open for urgent treatment and dental emergencies. Please call or email us if you need to be seen – please be aware our phone lines are very busy at this time.
Please do not pop in to the practice to make or change appointments.
Please call or email us if you would like advice on whether you should be seen as an urgent patient.

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment as we continuously review the evolving situation with COVID-19 in the UK at the moment. We have implemented changes in our clinic to guarantee the well-being of our patients and staff. Our primary concern is ensuring the health of all our patients is not compromised during this difficult time.

We are regularly monitoring the developments in respect to COVID-19 and are following the advice and guidance of Public Health England. We have made sure to order extra stock of sanitising products and hand wash to ensure we are prepared for the upcoming weeks. We continue to maintain our high cleanliness standards with regular daily cleaning of the premises.

What we would like you to do to help us:

We encourage you to take simple steps to help reduce risk, including using a tissue when coughing or sneezing, washing your hands regularly with soap and water or using a sanitiser gel. If you have a high temperature, or a new, continuous cough, we ask that you stay at home for the required isolation period. If someone you live with has symptoms we also ask that you follow government advice to stay at home for the required isolation period.

Please visit the NHS website for further advice regarding isolation, guidance on how to avoid catching or spreading the virus: Please rest assured that we are continuously monitoring the advice provided by the NHS and government closely and will update you with any changes concerning our practice. Wishing you health and safety at this time.

Kindest regards,
Deddington Dental Team
